That's the whole vibe of Why Are You Angry Today? — a fun, anonymous vent space for everyday anger. Not a wellness app, not a support group, not a place to fix you. Just somewhere to type it out, post it under a pseudonym, and feel a little lighter.

We started as a TikTok and Instagram page (@whyareyouangrytoday) collecting silly little stories from people who just needed to say it out loud — and it turned out we all needed that more than we'd admit. So we built this little corner of the internet to keep the bit going.
